This strategic move allows us to better serve clients across the state, bringing our expertise in residential and commercial construction to a broader market. 2020
5th Anniversary and Team GrowthCelebrating our 5th anniversary in 2020, we marked this milestone by expanding our team to include over 10 dedicated professionals. This growth enhanced our capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect.
2017
Expansion into Commercial ConstructionFollowing Hurricane Irma, K.E.R. Construction took on a major restoration project at a 10-story building on Hollywood Beach. After temporarily securing the roof to halt water intrusion, we conducted extensive repairs to the concrete structure, sealed exterior windows and doors, and remediated 90% of the affected units. Over the following year, we fully renovated the common areas, hallways, and a majority of the individual units. This marked our official expansion into commercial construction, showcasing our ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with precision and care.
2016
First Major Project CompletedK.E.R. Construction completed its first large-scale project: the concrete restoration and exterior painting of the Lofts of Oakland Forest. Originally projected to be finished in September, the job was successfully delivered by June, solidifying our reputation for quality and reliability.
